Fire Up Your Morning With This 10 Minute Workout

Hey Guys,

Life is busy, kids are crazy, work is demanding. It's not a shock that most people feel they don't have time to workout. This is where most of the industry is confused. They get stuck in their calorie counting, heart rate monitor, cookie cutter ways, and forget that the important thing is that you just get up and be active.

Take the kids on a walk, chase them at the park, enjoy a water gun fight. Make a wager against your significant other that who ever walks the most steps this week doesn't do dishes for a week. Harness your inner foodie and start failing at cooking new dishes.

I hear it all the time, "Kris you should start writing your recipes down and make a cook book". Sure, that sounds awesome, but what am I helping you do with that? Trust me, I fail a lot. I don't post pictures of the food that sucks. But at least I am trying. Now it is your turn to go out and try. You will be amazed how successful you are when you fail along the way.

So in the midst of the crazy that comes with life and trying new foods, keep your workouts simple. Try this 10 minute workout that will leave you ready for the day:

Set the timer for 10 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible.

10 swings + 7 Goblet Squats + 5 Walkouts + 3 Push ups

Men can use a 24kg or heavier if appropriate and women can use 16kg bell or heavier if safe. Quality first, form must be impeccable.

Rest as needed, but the less you rest, the more rounds you will finish. Progress this by increasing bell size.

10 minutes then back to work, or run your errands, or chase the kids!

Stay Strong, and Enjoy!
Kris
