When did we become so obsessed with losing weight that we lost track of whats really important?
When are we going to realize what the scale says has nothing to do with our state of "health"?

Before that...
Are you moving correctly?

Weight loss... or fat loss for that matter...
Has more to do with input rather than output...

Can you change your thinking enough to stop worrying about weight loss?
Imagine...
You shifted your focus of your own weight loss and lifestyle change and instead help another positively change their lives?
Do you think, through service for another, you could achieve your life long physical goals?
Is it really all about our weight?

accountability partner. Open up with love and respect for them, and allow them to help you answer these. But, then go forward eager to help another.
